Our Company is looking for a full-time Assistant Store Leader.
Job responsibilities:
- Provides customer service leadership and direction, in conjunction with the General Manager or Branded Foods Restaurant Manager, for the entire store and a team of employees working in that location.
- Trains, schedules, and coaches all new and current store associates to ensure store positions are staffed to appropriately handle customer service needs.
- Works in tandem with the manager of the store to ensure leadership is available to customers and employees at all times.
- Valid New York State Driver License.
- Open Availability.
- Relocatable, 45 minutes in one direction.
- Weekly paychecks and paid holidays.
- Paid vacation and sick pay plans.
- Coverage in medical, dental, life, and vision insurances eligible upon enrollment.
- Immediate eligibility and vesting for 401k plan with a company match of $1.17 per dollar up to 6% of annual salary begins upon enrollment.
- Monthly bonus/incentive potential.
- Guaranteed 40 - 50 hours.
- Tuition Reimbursement and Adoption Assistance.
